" Just wanted to take the opportunity to let you know how much I appreciate the work your staff does, and feel confident that our belongings are safe when they are in our home. We recently had an unsavory incident occur (with an in-home healthcare company)…It made me doubly thankful, however, for Star Clean, as we have never had a problem with your staff in our home over the many years you have provided service to us. * They are always cheerful and friendly. In particular, they are nice to our dog, who does his best to slow them down and get in their way.
* They are honest and take responsibility for everything in our home while they're here.
* They do extra things. If our bed is already made, they touch it up and straighten the pillows, too, so that it looks as good as the rest of the house when they leave.
* Speaking of doing extra things, we really appreciate it that they move stuff around to clean a surface and don't just clean around it. They also clean things even if they don't look dirty.
* We both travel, and we never have to worry that there will be someone we don't know coming into our home when we're gone. "
